Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Contract:
This comprehensive contract includes all labour, spares and consumables, covers routine preventive maintenance and attending to break downs.
Scheduled Preventive Inspection Contract:
This contract includes labour for only routine preventive maintenance and attending break downs. The spares and consumables are separately charged for.
Operation Contract:
This is a pure labour contract. The operators are stationed for single, double, round the clock or 365 days shift, depending on your needs. They regularly monitor the operating status.

VRF System
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) zoning is an energy-efficient method of providing precise comfort control to indoor environments. VRF offers a wide variety of applications - everything from spot-cooling or -heating a single room in a home (using a split-ductless system) to a large commercial building with multiple floors and areas (that require individual comfort control delivered by a split-zoning system).
Chiller System
A chiller is a machine that removes heat from water via a vapour-compressor absorption refrigeration cycle. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool air or equipment as required. As a necessary byproduct, refrigeration creates waste heat that must be exhausted to ambient or, for greater efficiency, recovered for heating purposes. Concerns in design and selection of chillers include performance, efficiency, maintenance, and product life cycle environmental impact.
Ventilation
Ventilation is the process of "changing" or replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality (i.e. to control temperature, replenish oxygen, or remove moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust, airborne bacteria, and carbon dioxide). Ventilation is used to remove unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduce outside air, to keep interior building air circulating, and to prevent stagnation of the interior air.
Refrigeration
Refrigeration is a process in which work is done to move heat from one location to another. Refrigeration has many applications, including, but not limited to: household refrigerators, industrial freezers, cryogenics, and air conditioning. Heat pumps may use the heat output of the refrigeration process, and also may be designed to be reversible, but are otherwise similar to refrigeration units.
